The Ukrainian Defense Forces conducted a high-level operation in the Tver region of the Russian Federation. Aviation expert Kostyantyn Kryvolap stated this on the air of the FREEDOM TV channel. He noted that the Russian Defense Ministry's report on the night of September 18 did not mention the Tver region.
