BOLINGBROOK, Ill. (AP) — Jon Rahm ended his first year in the LIV Golf League by closing with a 4-under 66 to win the final individual event Sunday and the season points title with its $18 million bonus.

Jon Rahm did just enough Sunday to hold off Joaquin Niemann and Sergio Garcia for the victory at LIV Golf Chicago, the final individual event on the schedule this year. The win ends a winding year for Rahm in which he was great at LIV Golf events but not so great at major championships.

Rahm earned $22 million— $4 million for LIV Chicago and $18 million for the season-long title—increasing his on-course winnings from LIV in 2024 to $37.9 million.
