MDC officer Chevonne Culbreath was arrested at the jail facility on Tuesday, Sept. 17. Culbreath is accused of having an inappropriate and illegal relationship with an inmate currently in custody at the facility. The allegations were made aware on the date of the arrest, according to MDC. Culbreath started working there in October 2023.
