The second episode of Paramount+’s crime drama series ‘Tulsa King’ season 2, titled ‘Kansas City Blues,’ follows the aftermath of Cal Thresher’s efforts to bring down Dwight “The General” Manfredi, who is set to compete with him in the local marijuana market.

According to a Paramount+ press release, the second season sees Dwight and his crew “continue to build up and defend their growing empire” but, just as they begin to get their bearings, they realize “they’re not the only ones who want to stake their claim.”
