Coco Gauff has split from Brad Gilbert after just 14 months together and the American has previously spoken of her admiration for Andy Murray.

World No. 6 Coco Gauff and coach Brad Gilbert are parting company after the player suffered a frustrating fourth-round exit from the U.S. Open, Gilbert said on Wednesday, adding that he was looking forward to the next chapter of his career.

Coco Gauff, who is looking for a new coach, has spoken highly of Andy Murray, who has been tipped to stay in the sport after his playing retirement.
