A former NFL player who was on three Patriots’ championship teams is accused of assaulting an 82-year-old man at a Rhode Island fitness gym during a scuffle over a piece of exercise equipment. Police in North Providence arrested Patrick Pass, 46, on Wednesday, Sept. 18, on suspicion of assaulting a man over the age of 60 and causing bodily injury.
